What are A-levels?
The A-level course was officially launched in the UK in 1951. The A-level course is praised by the international education community as a "gold medal" education course and the "gold medal" standard for admission to universities around the world. It is also called the "foreign college entrance examination" by Chinese students. Students only need to choose 3-4 courses to study and apply for university. If Chinese students go to study in the UK during high school, especially in the second year of high school or before, and their grades are above average in China, then the best course for them to study in the UK is A-level.
Most secondary schools in the UK offer a wide range of A-Level courses, including liberal arts, business, economics, languages, mathematics, science, computing, law, media, music, etc. The A-Level exams will be organized globally by the relevant examination committee in May-June and October-November each year, and the results will be announced in August and February of the following year. The results are divided into six levels: A, B, C, D, E, and U. A is the best, E is passed, and U is failed. If a student is not satisfied with the results of a certain course, he or she can choose to retake the exam, and the final result will be based on the best one. Students who achieve a passing score can apply for universities in the UK or other foreign countries. NEEC provides full-subject A-level course tutoring, knowledge points, one-on-one Q&A, and pre-exam sprints to make your A-level journey smoother.
